Barnsley Cut Chop Imege: www.meatbox.com Known at least since Bradshaw's Illustrated Tourist's Handbook of 1858 which recommended them as a 'succulent speciality' of the town. It is by no means universal that chops sold in Barnsley are now of this form.  |
