 A Ewe's milk cheese formed in woven baskets to make flattish large rounds with curved edges and a distinctive basket mottling on the rind. Pale orange colour, fairly hard. Made at Ram Hall, just outside Berkswell in Warwickshire.  https://berkswellcheese.com 2021  |
