Dandelion and Burdock

Drinks

A drink traditionally made from partly fermented dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) and burdock (Arctium lappa) roots with sugar, however there is strong rumour that commercial 'Dandelion and Burdock' is sometimes flavoured with sassafras, an Asian Laurel tree, or, with a synthetic sassafras flavouring.
