Dorset Wiggs Recipe
1 lb strong white bread flour
yeast
1/2 pint warm milk
2 oz sugar
pinch each of ground cloves, mace, nutmeg
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 oz butter, softened
2 oz caster sugar
1 medium egg

Method
Make ingredients into a bread dough, shaped into 6 large, flat buns. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
