Eggy Bread

Eggs

(or French Toast. For other usages, see French Toast)

Bread slices soaked in beaten whole egg and fried. Sometimes called 'Gypsy Bread'. As 'French Toast' in both North America and Hong Kong it is a popular breakfast dish commonly served with a sweet topping such as icing sugar or syrup.
