An Entrayle. Take a chepis wombe; take polettys y-rostyd, & hew them; then take porke, chese, & spicery, & do it on a morter, & grind alle y-fere; then take it up with eggs y-swonge, & do in the wombe, & salt, & seethe them tyl he be y-nowe, & serve forth.
