2 onions
1 lb pig liver
3 oz breadcrumbs
1/2 pint stock
1/2 teaspoon chopped sage
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
salt and black pepper
1 oz melted butter

Boil the onions until soft an coarsely mince them with the liver. Add the other ingredients and enough stock to form a dough. Roll into balls and pack in a greased tray. Pour over remaining stock and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 425F of Mark 7.
