Eggs

Dollop of egg-flour-milk batter cooked in bacon fat until dark. A breakfast accompaniment.

Jolly Boy Pancakes

1 medium egg
2 tbsp plain flour
1/4 pint milk
salt
4 rashers bacon

Whisk together the milk, flour, egg and salt. Leave to stand for at least 20 minutes. Spoon in dollops into the fat from frying bacon, cook on both sides and serve with the bacon.
