Lady Jekyll's Coffee

Drinks

Coffee with frothed milk on top.

Similar to the Austrian 'Kapuziner' or the Italian 'Cappuccino'. Recommended by the cookery writer Dame Agnes Jekyll (1860-1937) as a way to create milky coffee "without the thick yellow blanket of skin which embarrasses all and disgusts many".
